POWER InDust AX 60 TP Z22 is a three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner, ATEX 22 certified (II 3D Ex h tc IIIC T80°C (int) / T195°C (ext) Dc X), equipped with a side channel blower unit with the blower directly coupled to the motor shaft. It is ideal for vacuuming combustible, conductive and non-conductive dusts with MIE (Minimum Ignition Energy) > 3 mJ in ATEX Zone 22 classified work areas. The absence of transmission devices makes the suction unit not only quiet and powerful but also allows for continuous duty (24/7) without any need for routine maintenance. The motor protection switch protects the turbine under all working conditions. Continuous motor cooling is guaranteed by a vacuum relief valve with an antistatic safety filter, while the vacuum gauge, through constant monitoring of the vacuum level, can detect the clogging level of the filters or other parts of the suction system. The dual-stage filtration system includes an M-class antistatic polyester main filter with a large surface area (3 m²) and an H14 HEPA absolute filter (2.6 m²), ensuring the capture of the finest and most harmful particles. The manual filter cleaning system ensures extremely long filter life, preventing clogging, saturation and reduction of filtering capacity.
